P6 Schedule
Housing development has already commenced in the WRF service area and flows are expected to be conveyed to the site by March 2026. Due to the fixed service requirements and number of project stakeholders, scheduling is a critical early activity for project execution. This P6 schedule reflects our multi-GMP approach, with temporary systems and an early works package advancing first. We can reach substantial completion by August 2028 and final completion by September 2028.
4D schedule
Synchro 4D Pro is a scheduling tool that supports project planning and communications. The 4D model marries a BIM model to its related P6 schedule activities to provide a time-phased visualization of the project. Your preliminary 4D model has been developed as part of early construction planning and will enable project stakeholders to conduct constructability reviews and more effectively communicate integration of design and construction. During construction execution, your 4D visual will become a tool that can be updated and reviewed in the field to make informed project decisions and assess the impact of any changes, as well as planning site logistics and safety.
